One of the first things I did when I knew I was purchasing a new home was a search for light fixtures. Anyone can tell you that light fixtures are pound-for-pound one of the most expensive upgrade’s you can make to a home. My goal was to make my house modern and inviting without breaking the bank.

Who doesn’t want a beautiful light fixture in their house? You certainly don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to achieve a chic and bold look. Make sure if you purchase a new light fixture that it is put up correctly. Of course when in doubt have a professional install it.
