AND here is my version!!!
How to make DIY pom pom throw pillows Anthro style
Supplies you will need are:
Blank pillow case cover: I found mine from IKEA. They are only $3.99 per pillowcase and come in a variety of colors and sizes. They measure 20×20. The inspiration pillows are only 18×18.
Yarn: I used cotton yarn for my pillows. I believe that a synthetic yarn would have been better for the feel and how fluffy the pom pom could have been. Purchase the yarn from Joanns or Michaels with a coupon!!!!
Foam brush: You will want to use a 2-inch foam brush. This will allow you to cut the lines necessary to make this pillowcase.
Fabric paint: Choose whatever color of fabric paint that you want! Just make sure to follow the manufactures instructions.
Tape: For yours to be exactly like mine, you will need to have some tape that is 6mm wide. I had some Washi tape on hand, but you could measure out a piece to 6mm wide.
Tutorial:
Like always, If you make these, I would love to show your pictures off here on the blog. Looking for another Anthropologie inspired DIY? Check out my DIY Anthropologie inspired popsicle rug.

I love pom pom on everything! These are great! They remind me of the old candlewick embroidery pillows and comforters- only colourful and beautifully modern. I’ve just recently added a pom pom trim to my window blind and it looks fantastic, this pillow would go perfectly. My next project has been officially decided!
