Wishlist Wednesday #1 – A little bit of everything
Pick your plum: I love this site! Almost every day for the past 5 years I have logged online in the mornings to see what gems they have. Due to this site being a first come first serve, you have to get there first to get the best “plums.” See what I did there? Tee hee.
Wish List Wednesday #2 – Samples and Photo Editing
Seems like for every post I have created I’ve used the site Picmonkey. Uh, that’s because I have. Honestly, I’m not sure what I would do without it.
Picmonkey is a totally free software where you can edit photos, create printables, wedding, and baby shower invitations, social media templates and so much more. Most noteworthy is the fact that it’s free. They do offer a paid yearly membership for $33.00, which is a steal considering the power of this site. And now, you can print your creations through them on professional printers and paper. Can anyone say PARTY TIME?

Wish List Wednesday #3 – Group Deals and Discounts
First of all who doesn’t love getting a good deal? Duh, NO ONE! I myself am a frugal shopper, getting super stoked when I find the deal of the century. Okay, maybe a little overdramatic? But seriously I love a bargain. That’s why I love Lumber Liquidators. First of all, let me just say if you don’t own a home then obviously this doesn’t thrill you. Now, if you do and you need some new hard or resilient flooring this is your joint! It is hands down the best place to buy hand-scraped solid hardwood out there!
Wish List Wednesday #4 – Pacific Northwest Commerce
Because I’m a PNW (Pacific Northwest) kid I love all the great companies that call this part of the world home. Consequently, it is very difficult to pick a favorite with Starbucks, Costco, Microsoft, Jones Soda, Tillamook dairy, Zulily, Salvation Army, Nordstroms, REI, Columbia Sportswear, Adidas, and Pendleton being among the many I have to choose from. Therefore I am choosing one that calls Portland home, NIKE. NIKE has brought so much to this city that I would be re-missed for not holding it as my number 1. Bet you didn’t know that Nike owns Converse and Hurley. Huh, did you?
Wish List Wednesday #5 – All Things Industrial
Industrial design is kind of a PNW go-to. Visit numerous restaurants and bars around here and you’re bound to find exposed beams and Edison lights. Seems like this is the likely reason I’m head over heels for anything industrial. After making my Double industrial curtain rods for my own house I embarked on a mission to find other industrial signature pieces for my home. Enter Hansen’s Wholesale. A place where you can shop with the knowledge that they have a lifetime return policy, no shipping charges, and a 5-year replacement on the glass.
Wish List Wednesday #6 – Party Supplies
It’s time to Party. Or not. Certainly, not everyone loves to throw parties. I love throwing parties and events. Often I will have a little trouble finding the perfect decor item and end up having to search for it online, and enter Etsy. Etsy is the Shizznit! Over the past 15 or so years I have swooned over all sorts of things on Etsy. It’s my go-to for all sorts of things but especially party supplies. Can you believe the talented people who create all of these beautiful party supplies?

Wish List Wednesday #7 – Eco-Friendly products that don’t suck
Who doesn’t want to be eco-friendly nowadays? Maybe I won’t answer that. Anyhow, making an effort to save this tiny planet we live on is a monumental task. So many companies are trying to produce earth-friendly products which, unfortunately, suck. I grew up with a very conscientious mom and know what products are amazing and what royally blow.

Whether your loved one graduated from high school or college, both in their own rights are amazing. Almost every grad would love a new car or money. I decided to think a little outside the box and give them something they will remember.

At this time there is a great need both in our country and around the world. Take some time and donate money or time to a charity of your choice. The need is great!
