If you love to craft and DIY, then you are no stranger to the mother of crafting sites, Pinterest and its older cousin Etsy. But maybe you were looking for a little something special to get your creative juices flowing. Something more tangible? I have the top 10 sites for creative magic.
Since I can remember, my mom has been crafting. I think back to going into Michaels and seeing all the sparkly sequins over 30 years ago {Ahem} and knowing even then that I wanted to create. As much as I LOVE and I mean LOVE Michales, Joanns, Craft Warehouse, and Hobby Lobby, sometimes I need more.
I have compiled a list of my very favorite sites that spark my creativity. I hate to admit it, but I do spend “hours” every week gawking at all of these sites. Sad??? Um…No. Hehehe.
This post may contain affiliate links. I do not advertise anything I do not use and love myself. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
MY top 10 sites for creative magic:
- Blitsy– This is a fantastic site (app as well) that is a one-stop-shop for scrapbooking, stamping, embossing, paper crafting, and sewing. They have sales every day on different items and even accept competitors’ coupons.
- Creativemarket– Let’s say you want to make a printable or need the perfect font for your wedding. Look. No. Further! This site is amaze-balls. They offer beautiful bundles at a discount of up to 95% for things like logo templates, fonts, infographics, PowerPoint templates, photos, illustrations, and much more. The creative juices are endless on this one! P.S. sign up for weekly free downloads.
- Papermart– Sometimes you need a ton of tissue paper. Am I right. I use this site all the time when I am making tissue tassels and flowers. The choice of colors is fantastic, and you can not beat the price.
- Papersource- We all love paper source! I often use their site as inspiration and create my own larger versions of their craft kits. They have such a cute selection of papers and stamps as well.
- Etsy– If you haven’t been on and purchased from Etsy you must be living under a rock. No offense to those of you currently living under a rock. I believe if I can think of it, they sell it! I also love supporting fellow crafter’s (not sure if this is even a word) and DIY’ers.
- Spoonflower– This site is so excellent. People from all over the world curate the fabric. If you are design savvy (or maybe have just purchased some fantastic graphics from CreativeMarket.com) you can make your custom fabric. Floor poofs here I come!
- Save on crafts– I love this site for many reasons. They have a lot of supplies that maybe you didn’t even know you needed. Yup…I have gotten in trouble buying stuff from here. I think they have a great selection of natural flowers and branches.
- Avery Labels– I have a printer and could print at home, but I find Avery’s quality and variety far surpass anything I could make at home. Their site allows you to choose from many different shapes and sizes. I love the different fonts and clip art you have at your disposal as well. If you need a label, this is the place to go. It’s not the cheapest, but for me, it’s well worth the price for the quality and convenience.
- Gifts international– You may have never heard of them, but they are my go-to source for bags, tulle, and ribbon. Their prices are super low, and the quality can not be beaten!
- Zazzle- You want to design a t-shirt with a kitten riding a sloth unicorn? Yup, you can do that on Zazzle. They have all sorts of pre-designed goods as well as a DIY section for anything your heart may desire. I often use this site to print invitations and holiday cards. Try using the fantastic new fonts or graphics you just downloaded from Creative Market.
**I’d like to give a massive shout out to PicMonkey. I use it every day as well and would not be able to edit any pics without it.**
